At the first session you will meet with your coach who will put together a programme of exercises tailor made to your wishes and of course capabilities. He will also be able to advise you on nutrition. Each session will last 1h15 and of course it is up to you to decidehow often you wish to work out. For a maximum benefit we suggest 2 or 3 times a week. The coach will concentrate on every part of your body from the stomach, upper arms, thighs.
Us
The fitness coach will come to you with all the necessary equipment. If you can find a peaceful room, preferably cool, this would be beneficial to all.Your training sessions can be outdoor or the coach can also do aqua aerobics.
